Raeann joined Thrivent in 1994 and started Legacy Consultants with David and Rick in 2020. She has received several accolades as a wealth advisor, including being part of Thrivent’s Pinnacle Council Conference*, being in Thrivent’s Hall of Fame** in 2005 and receiving the Thrivent Chairman’s Award*** in 2006. She also received 2020 Thrivent Charitable Impact & Investing® Voices in Philanthropy Hall of Honor**** and the 2021 Thrivent Charitable Impact & Investing® Voices in Philanthropy VIP*****.   

Raeann is proud to be a member of Million Dollar Round Table, which is an association of more than 62,000 of the world's leading life insurance and financial services professionals who demonstrate exceptional professional knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding client service.  

In addition to her role as a wealth advisor, Raeann is a motivational speaker and co-author of The Personal Touch: Encouraging Others Through Hospitality. She is the proud mom of three adult children: Rick, Tiffany and Remington, and is even more excited about being a grandmother. In her spare time, Raeann enjoys gardening, entertaining, cooking, traveling, reading and spending every moment possible with her family.

Rick Hart

Financial Advisor

Rick joined Thrivent in 2010 and has been running the business side of Legacy Consultants since 2020. In addition to overseeing the practice, he is passionate about spending time with clients, solving problems, and organizing and hosting seminars and charitable events. Rick has a business degree from Metropolitan College of New York and a degree from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.   

Rick is very involved in the community. He is a former Rotary Club president, vice president and secretary. He has served as a board member for Methodist Children’s Home Society (2018-2021) and Redford Interfaith Relief (2019-2020). He also supports many other charities.   

Rick loves spending time with his beautiful wife, AnnaMaria, and their three amazing children: Verona, Hudson and Gwenevere. He is a green belt in Taekwondo and coaches soccer and baseball. In addition, Rick is proficient in Minecraft, an avid comic book reader, a terrible but persistent golfer, an exercise enthusiast, a ballroom dancer, an amateur artist and comedian, a sports enthusiast, a patron of the arts and an above average speaker.

About Rick Hart

Rick joined Thrivent in 2010 and has been running the business side of Legacy Consultants since 2020. Jordan started working for Thrivent in 2015 and joined the Legacy Consultants team in 2020. He loves analyzing investment options and running Money Guide Pro. He has an associate degree in business. In his spare time, Jordan likes to text or email economic articles to his teammates.   

Jordan is married to Kristin and is a stepfather to Abby. He enjoys volunteering in the community and supporting foster care ministries. In his spare time, he likes golfing, reading, playing board games, traveling, working on home renovations and studying financial markets.

Ann Seitz-Brown

Financial Advisor

Ann began her Thrivent career in 2017. One of her focuses is helping families navigate the college funding maze with Your College Money Report™. This program enables people to understand how much they can afford, whether they will qualify for grands and/or scholarships and how much they will be expected to pay out of pocket.  


Before joining Thrivent, Ann earned a master’s degree in pastoral counseling from Moravian Theological Seminary, and bachelor’s degrees in biology and psychology with a certification to teach biology from Swarthmore College.

Cindy Trzcinski
Office Professional; Supporting the Legacy Consultants Team

Cindy began working part time at Thrivent in 2013, answering phones and greeting clients. Within just a few weeks, she became a full-time office professional. She handles a variety of office tasks, enjoys interacting with clients and is the smiling face at our front desk.   

Cindy and her husband, Rick, have three wonderful adult children and five beautiful grandchildren. More than anything, she loves spending time with her family. She also loves helping people in need and volunteers for Royal Family Kids and Operation Christmas Child. In her free time, Cindy enjoys throwing parties for friends and family, cooking, baking, walking her dog, camping, biking and hiking.

Tiffany joined Thrivent in 2019. In addition to supporting David at our Fort Wayne office, she enjoys connecting clients to various charities in the community.

Shelley joined Thrivent in 2023 and works remotely. In addition to her experience in financial services, she has a background in corporate administration, medical device reporting and facilities management. Shelly has also worked as a paralegal.  

 

Shelley and her husband, Martt, have two adult children, Dana and Ashley, and seven grandchildren. In her free time, Shelley enjoys baking, yardwork and shopping for antiques.
