Apply to lead a fundraiser, educational event or service activity. Then, gather a team of volunteers to make an impact together. Thrivent provides seed money and a customized kit of resources to get you started. Your team provides the passion to bring it to life.
Your Kit
Once your project application is approved, you'll receive a package of customized resources and tools to kick-start your project. Boxes may include:
- A pennant banner.
- Thank-you cards, name tags and stickers.
- Thrivent Action Team T-shirts.
- A Community Impact Card with funds up to $250.

- Digital thank-you notes to send after your event.
- A personalized project webpage to share with your community.
- Photo upload to collect and share photos.
- An RSVP feature to invite friends and family to volunteer alongside you.

The Ultimate Date Night Fighting for US! with Jay and Laura Laffoon is a 90-minute comedic look at this thing called marriage. Using their unique blend of music, comedy and Biblical truth the Laffoons reveal 7 different ways to fight for YOUR marriage!
Couples will walk away with a renewed love for their spouse and practical tools to continue building the love in their relationship.
We understand life can be hectic, and we know how hard it is to intentionally plan time to date as a couple. That’s why we love hosting The Ultimate Date Night!
At The Ultimate Date Night not only will couples engage with their spouse through laughter and music, they will be energized and inspired by thought-provoking content. And in the end, will come away from the experience with practical tools they can use immediately in their relationship.
So why not take this opportunity? We promise you and your spouse will enjoy a memorable night out and you’ll come away with ways to grow as a couple.
Although this is a fun night filled with music, comedy and fun for married couples, your attendance also makes an impact. We’re highlighting and raising funds for two TACTICA missionary couples—Bill & Cindy Gruppen and Ben & Donna Lowe —who spread the Gospel and equip law‑enforcement officers around the world through training and education.
Each general admission ticket receives ONE drink ticket. Additional beverages and food are available for purchase at the bar.
Yes, tickets are free and registration is required. In lieu of a registration fee we encourage attendees to make a donation to the TACTICA missionary couples at the event.
