Spent some time at my grandpa’s farm this week and noticed something simple.
The sheep were reaching through the fence to eat the grass on the other side…
while standing on the exact same grass themselves.
It made me think.

The family tradition of going to the WIAA Boys State Tournament continues! Our family cherishes this weekend together. It was even more special to watch Reedsville win a state championship with Ron Prochnow as the coach with Ben and Zach as players! It is incredible to look back at the coaching staff we were fortunate to have with now 3 state champion head coaches!

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to attend the No Regrets Men’s Conference, and I’m incredibly grateful for the experience. This year’s theme, Surrender, was both challenging and timely—a powerful reminder of what it means to fully place our trust in God.
There is something truly special about bringing men together to worship God, strengthen their faith, and encourage one another. Iron sharpens iron, and that was evident throughout the weekend as men showed up authentically, shared openly, and challenged each other to surrender control, grow spiritually, and live with greater purpose.
I had a great time and was able to connect with so many incredible men along the way. Thankful for the conversations, the encouragement, and the reminder of how important faith and community are. Already looking forward to doing it again next year.

This weekend we hosted a basketball camp for Special Olympics athletes at UW-River Falls! It was a blast! The athletes did an incredible job of trying new skills and challenging themselves. Always feels good to be back at UWRF. Crazy to see all of the improvements since I played there!
