Meaningful work, family, creativity, health and happiness are values I cherish. I have a passion for recruiting and nurturing talent for Thrivent. Over the course of my career, including time when my wife and I served as outdoor ministry directors, I have dedicated myself to identifying and attracting exceptional individuals who have the potential to become successful professionals. It brings me immense satisfaction to witness financial advisors growth and see them thrive in their roles, making a positive impact on the lives of clients and their communities.

Outside of work, my priorities revolve around my family. I am fortunate to have a loving wife and three amazing kids who bring immense joy to my life. We share a deep love for nature and adventure, and one of our favorite pastimes is spending quality time at grandpa and grandma’s Minnesota lake cabin and pontooning the Missouri River. Whether it's boating, fishing, or simply enjoying a picnic by the water's edge, these moments create cherished memories that strengthen our bond as a family.

As a dedicated professional and family-oriented individual, I believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This mindset not only allows me to excel in my role at Thrivent but also ensures that I can be fully present and engaged when spending time with my loved ones. I am committed to providing exceptional support to the financial advisors I recruit while also cherishing the precious moments I share with my family, creating a harmonious and fulfilling life both personally and professionally.
