About Kaylee St Germain
My financial services industry experience started with the banking industry. After over a decade in the banking world, I realized I wanted to do more for people than just handle their transactions. I knew I wanted to build relationships with clients and families to educate them so they could truly meet their goals and live their ideal retirement life. That passion continued to develop even further. I became obsessed with simplifying all the different moving parts of a financial plan for people. Now, I've honed that obsession into a practice built around serving those near retirement or who are already retired. My focus is on helping those preparing for retirement feel confident about not running out of money and retiring once.
Ryan, my husband, and I started working in the Thief River Falls Community December 2009. During our time here, we have been blessed with three children, we both became business owners, and have enjoyed watching our roots grow deeper into this community. We stay active with our kids activities in addition to our own community involvements. As a family, we enjoy sports, being outdoors, lake time and of course, time with our faith, family and friends.
Thrivent’s purpose of connecting faith & finances really spoke to me and how Thrivent provides each member the opportunity to give back to their church, community, or other organizations they are passionate about.

Heather Crandall
Heather joined our office in the Fall of 2021. Her experience in customer service and administration is an asset, and I’m thankful to have her on board. Heather grew up in Williams, MN and moved to the Thief River Falls area 16 years ago. She cares for her grandma Kathy along with her four beautiful children Bethany 15, Gabrielle 13, Robert 11, and Jamie 8. Together they enjoy the outdoors and spending many hours playing games together as a family.
