About Karina Hill

Financial decisions are rarely just about money. They’re about security, family, and peace of mind.

I became a Financial Advisor with Thrivent because I’ve seen how overwhelming financial choices can feel, especially during major life transitions. As a first‑generation college graduate and military service member, I understand the importance of having guidance, support, and someone who can walk alongside you, not just tell you what to do.

Today, I work with individuals, families, and service members to bring clarity and purpose to their financial lives. My approach is rooted in education, personalized guidance, and strategies designed to support long‑term stability. Whether we’re building a stronger financial foundation, planning for retirement, or navigating healthcare options, my goal is to make the process approachable, empowering, and centered on what matters most to you.

I had the opportunity to meet Joey Aviles, this year's keynote speaker, and hear his inspiring message about leadership, authenticity, and the power of embracing who you are. As Hispanic advisors, we have a unique opportunity to serve our communities through education, guidance, and meaningful relationships. Joey's message was a powerful reminder that our stories, backgrounds, and experiences are not obstacles. They are part of what makes us effective leaders and advocates for those we serve. Grateful to be part of a community of Hispanic advisors at Thrivent who are committed to making a difference and helping individuals and families build financial confidence. #Somos2026 #Thrivent #HispanicProfessionals #FinancialGuidance #Leadership #Community
