About Karina Hill

Financial decisions are rarely just about money. They’re about security, family, and peace of mind.

I became a Financial Advisor with Thrivent because I’ve seen how overwhelming financial choices can feel, especially during major life transitions. As a first‑generation college graduate and military service member, I understand the importance of having guidance, support, and someone who can walk alongside you, not just tell you what to do.

Today, I work with individuals, families, and service members to bring clarity and purpose to their financial lives. My approach is rooted in education, personalized guidance, and strategies designed to support long‑term stability. Whether we’re building a stronger financial foundation, planning for retirement, or navigating healthcare options, my goal is to make the process approachable, empowering, and centered on what matters most to you.

There’s so much that goes into building a business, but it’s also important to think about what you’re building for your own future. I had the wonderful opportunity to participate in a Business Series workshop with the Christian Chamber of Commerce and connect with Hispanic business owners in our community. I was able to share more about the financial conversations I have with business owners, from retirement savings and business valuation to preparing for future transitions and looking at how their business fits into their overall financial picture. I really enjoyed the opportunity to connect, share financial education, and encourage business owners to start thinking about these questions, even if they don’t have all the answers today. Thank you to the Christian Chamber of Commerce for bringing our business community together and giving me the opportunity to be part of the conversation.
