About Joseph Manglona

Growing up in a community where many lived paycheck to paycheck, I saw firsthand how a lack of financial knowledge could limit opportunities and add stress to everyday life. That experience sparked a lifelong interest in financial planning—and a deep desire to be a trusted guide for those who need it most.

While earning my Master of Finance degree, I worked as an Economist and Materials Sector Analyst for a student-run investment fund, where I developed a strong foundation in markets and strategy. But more importantly, I realized my passion wasn't just in analysis—it was in people. I wanted to serve individuals and families who often don't have access to financial guidance, to be someone they can rely on through every stage of life.

I believe I was truly called by God to do this work. That calling became even clearer during my time in New York City, where I connected with Thrivent and found a firm whose mission—to help people be wise with money and live generously—deeply aligned with my own values.
