Marcia has previously worked in the field of education and has taught in the classroom for a total of sixteen years. She has transitioned from the classroom to the office — as Navigator Financial Group’s insurance associate. With care and respect, Marcia’s passion is to help people meet their needs in any way she can. She loves to utilize her Action Teams to support those in the community. She would be happy to share how to get started with your own Action Team.

Marcia and her husband Keith live in the St. Louis area with their three children. Hiking and biking are a couple of their favorite ways to spend free time together.

Tyler has been with Thrivent since 2020 and began his career in the Mutual Fund Operations Center before moving to the Remote Practice Support team in 2022.

Outside of work he enjoys everything related to sports. His favorite teams include the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Bucks and Atlanta United FC.

Tyler also enjoys spending time outdoors and will rarely pass up an opportunity to travel to new places.

Erika has worked at Thrivent for 2 years and was previously a Financial Advisor. Outside of work she enjoys the outdoors, sports, and fostering puppies with her 4 children.  

Yogis recently joined Thrivent Financial in 2023. Prior to working at Thrivent, he was a Financial Analyst at Texas Tech University. He has finished his Finance degree and worked 4 years in Canada before he moved to the United States. He enjoys watching sports and collecting coins.

Pamela has been with Thrivent since 2011, joining Practice Support in 2021. Outside of work you'll find me enjoying the outdoors with my family and dogs, gardening, and improving our 100-year-old home.
