About John Ungerman
Wondering about all those letters after my name? As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™/CFP® practitioner and as a Chartered Financial Consultant ChFC®, I offer comprehensive financial planning. As a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) I can help you transition from saving for retirement, to living in retirement. I am well-versed in life insurance as a CLU®, or Chartered Life Underwriter. CASL® stands for Chartered Advisor for Senior Living. I am skilled in financial issues of importance to seniors: estate planning, health and long-term care insurance. Finally, having the Certified Kingdom Advisor® designation helps me provide biblically wise financial advice.
I care deeply about the community in which I live and work, and serve on several local boards. When I’m away from the office, you might find me at St. James Lutheran Church in Pottstown, where I serve as council president. I love to travel – my wife and I have a goal to visit all 50 states -- we’re just 3 short!
