My Generosity
Thrivent Action Team
Comment from Shelly Bales of Blended Spirits Paint Parties:
I taught my first paint party for seniors and I was so nervous! It filled my heart with joy seeing them break free and doing their own thing! In coming up with a design I hoped to help them tap into springs uplifting colors and that childlike spirit we all hold onto inside, but sometimes gets buried in darkness. I hope this was a gentle exercise in motor skills (behind the scenes). Linda Wansig, Methodist Church Pastor, thank you for nudging me outside my comfort zone and for all your help while there. Tracy Samson, AC Manor, you do so many amazing things for them and thank you for helping too. I was depending on following your lead. Jill thank you for making this possible through a Thrivent Action Team. It was wonderful to see their smiles!
