I taught my first paint party for seniors and I was so nervous! It filled my heart with joy seeing them break free and doing their own thing! In coming up with a design I hoped to help them tap into springs uplifting colors and that childlike spirit we all hold onto inside, but sometimes gets buried in darkness.
