I met my wife Sonja while studying engineering at the University of Arizona, Tucson. We married after college and now 37 years later we have three adult boys. After graduating from Electrical Engineering, I spent 20 years in the semiconductor industry, where I held many positions in design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales. What I took away from those varied work experiences was the need to listen to my customers and to give them the information and support they needed to solve problems. The projects I worked on were usually long-term taking time and patience to complete. This is what I do for my customers today, supporting them to take the needed steps to reach their financial goals.
When the USA semiconductor industry collapsed in 2010, my wife said it was time for me sit with our financial advisor. I already had an account with Thrivent, so I met with our Thrivent representative. The visit took 30 minutes and I really appreciated what I heard and learned about my finances, so much so I joined Thrivent.
I have since been representing Thrivent for 9 years and I still collaborate with our Thrivent financial professional.
So who are my clients? My clients have been busy working, raising families and caring for loved ones all while trying to find a free moment to figure out their retirement. If you are at all puzzled with where to start, let’s meet. The purpose of meeting is to slow down for a few minutes and take account of your current financial standing. After that, we talk about ways best suited to help improve on your financial well being. My goal is when my clients leave they have a better understanding of their current financial situation and future to come. Give me a call, let’s sit down for 30 minutes.
