About Jackson Dugger

Jackson was born and raised in Nashville, TN. He has been married since 2015, and has two young boys. With whatever little free time his schedule allows, he enjoys running on trails through local state parks and weightlifting. He also enjoys his Bible Study through church for young families, which he and his wife lead every Sunday afternoon.

Jackson studied Religion at Belmont University. He started his working career in various customer service and sales positions before transitioning into the financial services industry in the last quarter of 2019. He wanted to make sure he didn’t miss all of the excitement to come with the pandemic…

He joined Thrivent in 2026 after leaving Fidelity Investments, where he helped advisors and their clients with complex planning needs arising from major life events and grew to supervise a team of consultants in this same department. He gained his CFP® credentials in the Spring of 2026, shortly before coming to Thrivent. Now, he’s blessed to be able to align his faith with his profession and to lead a team of financial advisors starting their careers.
