Since 1995, Bill has helped clients boost their financial confidence by equipping them with the resources to make wise money decisions. The first step toward success starts with listening. By understanding his clients’ honest concerns and goals, Bill works with them to build a financial road map that can help them be successful. Through a full range of Thrivent products and services, he can help you create a comprehensive strategy driven by your values. Bill and his wife, Kirsten, have three children: Emily, Luke and Charlie. Bill enjoys golfing with his children, taking walks with his golden retrievers and listening to audio books. 

Michael holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification and is securities (Series 7 & 66) and insurance licensed, with more than 10 years of industry experience. He enjoys helping people understand liabilities in their financial picture now, rather than down the road when it might be too late. Michael is passionate about wine and loves taking clients out to the wineries. He has been married to his wife, Andrea, for 12 years and has three children: Abby, Lily and Mason. Michael enjoys swimming with his children, going to the beach and snowboarding. 

Karl graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa. He and his wife, Amy, have four children: Allison, Michael, Sara and Katie, and 10 grandchildren. Church and Thrivent activities are a big part of their life. Karl enjoys spectator sports, cabin time with family, and Grizzly and Cowboy football.  

Steve joined the team in June 2024 and resides in Great Falls, Montana. He graduated from Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado. Steve holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and is insurance licensed, with more than 10 years of insurance experience. He enjoys helping people through the planning process and reaching their goals by maximizing the resources they have been entrusted with. Steve is a passionate Iowa Hawkeye fan. He has been married to his wife, Becca, since July of 2015 and has three sons: Jonathan, Samuel and Christopher. Steve enjoys technology, reading, music, spectator sports, serving in and going to church with his family.

Jessica started working with Bill in 2017. Prior to working with Bill, she worked at Thrivent's home office for 20 years. Jessica is dedicated to delivering operational excellence and creating long term value for the teams' clients. Jessica and her husband, Andy, have one daughter, Ayla. Jessica and her family recently relocated to Lakewood Ranch, FL and she supports the team remotely. They enjoy going to the beach and exploring South Florida.

Aleigh worked for Thrivent's home office for six years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. She loves Thrivent's mission and purpose and is excited to be working remotely for Bill and the team. Aleigh and her husband, Jeff, have two children, Camden and Kaia. Aleigh supports Avastrong charity events, the Heart Gala, and Mended Little Hearts. She enjoys taking her kids to different parks, spending time with her family, going to Burn Bootcamp and raising awareness for CHD. 

Since 2005, Marie has worked for Thrivent as an office assistant. She sets up appointments, helps with phone calls to assist with client questions and needs, and completes the preparation steps for each appointment. Marie is married to Allan, and she has a grown son, Samuel, who is married to Jenna. Marie is a member of the Vineyard Christian Church in Great Falls, Montana, and is involved in her community through her church. She has many family members in the area and enjoys spending time with them, along with friends. Family is very important to Marie.  

Carly is very passionate about the financial services industry. She earned dual bachelor's degrees from Loyola University Chicago in business management and clinical psychology. After college, Carly decided to return to her home state and began working as an office professional with Insight Planning Group. She is looking forward to continuing to help individuals and families reach their financial goals for many years to come. Outside of work, Carly loves to travel, enjoys reading and cooking, and prioritizes time with her friends and family.

Kim has been with Thrivent since 2022 as an office professional. She enjoys working in the Temecula office with Bill, Michael, Brett and Carly and has a genuine passion for helping create an exceptional client experience. Kim's role includes helping organize events, client scheduling and general communications. She has been marred to her wonderful husband, Alex, for eight years and they have two amazing children, Logan and Ava. Kim is based out of Canyon Lake, California. She and her family love getting out to enjoy the lake and surrounding areas. They enjoy anything and everything they can find to do outdoors.
