In his previous career in the oil industry as an underwater welder, Isaac realized people are not given the financial education they deserve to prepare them for the challenges that arise in different stages of life. While developing a passion for his own personal finances, he also discovered a desire to work somewhere where he could make a positive impact on people’s lives. When Isaac learned about Thrivent's mission to help people be wise with money and to live generously, it was a natural fit for him.

Growing up at the base of Arizona’s Superstition Mountains as the youngest son of small business owners, Parker discovered an interest in the outdoors, an appreciation for the value of hard work and the importance of financial stewardship at a young age.
Parker graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a certificate in investments. He then worked in investment operations for six years, honing his technical craft and communication skills working for large-asset managers in Chicago. Parker has now transitioned to a career in financial planning and has a passion for helping people align their finances with their values.
When Parker is not looking at spreadsheets, you can find him with his wife walking their dog, going on hikes, bike riding or disc golfing. He and his wife are both active members of Vintage Pasadena Church and volunteer on medical mission trips with Mission Flight.

Caley’s unique perspective prioritizes the client experience, allowing her to create organizational standards that focus on the human connection—building better workflows and stronger relationships at the same time. She’ll be working to improve our procedures behind the scenes, as well as meeting with clients to help answer questions and serve your needs directly.
When Caley’s not in the office or working from home, she can typically be found trying to keep up with her toddler, Charlotte, alongside her husband, Sean. They spend most weekends exploring local parks, breweries and taco stands, often in the company of her extended family in Orange County.
