Joe joined Thrivent in 2007. He is a graduate of Concordia College, Broxville, NY with a degree in Biology. Joe is a Certified Financial Planner professional and specializes in retirement income planning, investment management, wealth transfers, tax efficient strategies and protection planning for families. Joe and his wife Julia have two daughters and attend Peace Lutheran Church in Saginaw, MI. Joe is a proud Eagle Scout from Troop 304. In his spare time he enjoys grilling, fishing, golf and traveling with his family.

Marty joined Thrivent in 2002 after graduating from Valparaiso University with a degree in Business Administration. From 2007-2017 he filled the role of Partner with Thrivent, where he oversaw and led 25 financial associates across the Great Lakes Bay Region. In 2018 he formed the Hessler Shaver Group with Joe. Marty is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and specializes in retirement income planning, investment management, wealth transfers, tax efficient strategies and protection planning for families. Marty and his wife Lindsey have 4 children and attend St. Lorenz Lutheran Church in Frankenmuth, MI. He enjoys golf whenever he can squeeze it in!
