Insurance Support Associate

Daniel joined Prairie Land Financial group in November of 2023. As an Insurance Support Associate, Daniel has many responsibilities including:

• Collaborating with Financial Advisors to assist customers/members with fixed insurance and fixed annuity product changes
• Assisting in the preparation for and follow up from client meetings
• Issuing certificates of insurance, endorsements, binders, commitments, or insurance contracts

Daniel is local to the community and is currently pursuing a business finance degree. In his free time he is active in his church. Daniel is passionate about fitness and is a certified personal trainer. He is also into cars.

Senior Support Advisor

Y Elena joined Prairie Land Financial Group in September of 2020 as a fully licensed associate. As a Senior Support Advisor, some of her key responsibilities include:

• Accepting and/or entering trade orders from clients
• Finalizing, submitting, and tracking all client account and application paperwork
• Maintaining existing client relationships through processing of client requests, resolving client questions, and making sure client information and documentation are up to date.

Y Elena moved to the US with her parents from former Soviet Union in 1993 and can speak Russian! She has been married to her husband Frank for over 25 years and has two sons, Michael and Robert. Y Elena lives in St. Louis, MO and is a member of Christ Memorial Lutheran Church. In her free time she likes to go on long walks, work in her flower garden and spend time with family. She also likes to grill and cook home dinners with her husband.

Practice Development Manager

Hilary joined Prairie Land Financial Group in the fall of 2023. She previously worked on Thrivent's Community Engagement Team for almost 10 years. As a Practice Development Manager, Hilary's key responsibilities include:

• Workflow and process development
• Preparing, marketing and follow up for client workshops, seminars and community service events
• Coordinating and implementing marketing and social media strategies for the practice

Hilary is married and has two young sons, Fred and Reed. In her free time she enjoys gardening, attending country music concerts, and volunteering at her church and for her local 4-H and county fair programs.

Administrative Assistant

Audrey graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2022 with a Bachelors of Science degree and currently studies law at Southern Illinois University. As an Administrative Assistant, Audrey's key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining client correspondence including compliance and marketing mailings
• Interfacing with clients extensively to coordinate meetings, mailings, and other communications
• Prefilling client applications, paying careful attention to detail and accuracy

In her free time, Audrey enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and being with family and friends.
