Dave joined Thrivent in 2008. Dave received his Bachelors in Accounting from Michigan State University. He obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Fraternal Insurance Counselor (FIC) designations, specializing in investments, retirement planning, estate strategies, income tax planning, risk management and life insurance. Dave is a Senator and lifetime member of the Auburn Jaycees and also a member of the Auburn and Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. Dave and his wife Karen have 4 children, lives in Auburn and attends Trinity Lutheran Church (in Monitor Twp.). Hobbies include playing games with family and friends, golfing and reading.  

Rod joined Thrivent Financial in the summer of 1999. Rod is a member of Fraternal Insurance Counselors (FIC). Rod specializes in Life Insurance, Investments, Retirement Planning and Estate Strategies. He resides in Auburn with his 3 children and attends St. Johns Lutheran Church in Bay City. Rod’s mission is to help clients to achieve their goals both now and in the future, to protect and provide income in retirement and help pass assets to heirs if possible. Rod’s hobbies include golf, bowling, hunting and fishing and spending time with family.
