Growing up, I met people from all over the world. My parents, both from the Midwest, were avid travelers who regularly opened our home to international exchange students. I was raised about an hour north of New York City and later moved to the Midwest for college. I attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison, earning a degree in computer science before launching my career in Chicago with Motorola.
