Maddie’s Playground

In 2005, with the help of Make-A-Wish Foundation, we started Maddie’s Playground at Salem Lutheran Preschool after Kari’s daughter was diagnosed with cancer.

In 2005, with the help of Make-A-Wish Foundation, we started Maddie’s Playground at Salem Lutheran Preschool after Kari’s daughter was diagnosed with cancer. Over the years, the playground has grown and flourished with the help of family and friends. We can often be seen at the playground pulling weeds, trimming, and mulching.
