“There’s a WHY behind every financial decision you make.”
That was the foundation of the workshop I had the opportunity to lead at the Florida Parent-Educators Association (FPEA) convention held at Gaylord Hotels.
The goal of the conversation was to help equip families with the confidence that they do not have to navigate financial decisions alone. We were able to share more about the Thrivent story, our values, and the importance of viewing finances through a purpose-based perspective.
Thank you to Florida Parent-Educators Association (FPEA) for the work you continue to do in supporting families and providing children with the gift of homeschooling and education rooted in intention.
And thank you to Gaylord Hotels for hosting such an incredible event and experience.
Looking forward to continuing conversations that help families move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

“Doing One Thing Differently.”
That was the theme of the evening and the conversation we facilitated with business owners, nonprofit leaders, and community builders around the importance of stewarding what we have today in a way that creates sustainability for tomorrow.
The discussion challenged us to think intentionally about our decisions, our resources, and the impact we want to make within our families, businesses, and communities.
Thank you to Josefa Benjamin and Wanda Robinson for the leadership and vision behind the Mentoring Mindset Movement hosted at the Born On Purpose Hub .
And a special thank you to Erica Grace, MBA , Edrony Joseph for your support, insight, and contributions throughout the evening.
One of the greatest privileges is watching my daughters witness the value of leadership, stewardship, service, and community in action.
We look forward to continuing these conversations and supporting the leaders, families, and organizations that help our communities thrive.
