Such a special evening last night celebrating some of the best-of-the-best in financial services during the 2025 InvestmentNews Industry Awards.
What an honor to be one of just seven finalists for the InvestmentNews Advisor of Year – Midwest Region Award.
With no fees required and nominations open from December 2024 to March 2025, it’s no surprise that a remarkable number of highly skilled financial advisors took the opportunity to apply.
The InvestmentNews Awards team conducted research on each of the nominations and selected finalists based on the following criteria:
✨ Exemplary business development strategies to prospect and retain clients in innovative ways.
✨Knowledge, understanding, and communication of investment opportunities and strategies for their client’s portfolios.
✨Client retention and relationship strategies, and how it sets the advisor apart from the competition with a unique value proposition.
✨Examples of ways that the advisor is educating the industry/clientele on investment strategies.
✨Demonstrations of mentorship and/or other efforts such as pro-bono work, servicing underserved communities, community work etc.
✨Approach to regulatory compliance.
Thanks to the judges, who consisted of industry leaders and senior representatives, that individually voted on category winners in their areas of expertise. Winners were determined using a simple points system to aggregate the scores and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be recognized.

How are these early dark nights treating you? Our wonderful clients and their guests chose to spend Thursday evening surrounded by beautiful flowers while enjoying delicious food and conversations with friends. It was our first event with both Bluebirds & Blooms and Vinaigrette.
Bluebirds and Blooms brought the flowers and we contributed our creativity. What a wonderful non-profit focused on sharing joy! Over 50 bouquets were created to share with patients at the Minneapolis Veteran's Home. There was enough to give flowers to the entire first, second, and third floor of their newest building! Additional bouquets were sent home with guests to share and enjoy.
Vinaigrette hosted us in their lovely space near 50th and Xerxes, in addition to letting us sample of their delicious oils and vinegars.
We are so very grateful to all!
