Honor Bound Veterans 5K

Location: Cascade Lake Park - Rochester, MN

We are partnering with the Honor Bound Veterans 5K this summer on June 20th!

This is a wonderful opportunity to support your local veterans, and there are roughly 7,000 right here in Rochester that need your support.

You do not have to be a veteran to run, it is open to everyone, or if you just want to come cheer the runners on, that's okay too! There will also be a post run concert you are welcome to attend. If running isn't your thing, that's okay they are looking for volunteers! Volunteers for set up, tear down, post race activations like good bags and food, traffic control at crossings, first aid, social media, and more!
