About Dustin Allen
About Dustin Allen

Dustin is married to his amazing wife, Emily, and he is a proud father to two sweet little girls. Originally from Oklahoma, he moved to North Texas in early 2017. Dustin and his family love to spend time together riding bikes, fishing at his parent’s lake house, volunteering/serving at their church, and enjoying quiet nights at home. (That last one can be hard to pull off with two littles.)

Dustin has an extensive background in local church ministry and theological studies. He is able to draw on that knowledge to help people pursue biblical stewardship while working to reach their goals. Because of his heart for stewardship and helping people, it was a no-brainer for him to join Thrivent and continue to serve people, steward resources, and help turn dreams into reality.

At Thrivent, he is able to provide personalized financial guidance in all stages of life.

A goal without a plan is just a wish – let’s plan!
A goal without a plan is just a wish – let’s plan!

I’m Dustin Allen, and I am a Financial Advisor with Thrivent. After about a decade serving the local church in various capacities, I was called into a new industry and career with a renewed sense of purpose, dedicating my day-to-day in helping others view stewardship in a different way.

I am at Thrivent because I believe that I can make a real impact in individual's lives through their finances. I know first-hand the feeling of intimidation and confusion that the financial industry can place on people. I’m here to help big, scary dreams turn into steps and plans that become reality.

I proudly work with individuals, families, pastors, churches, small businesses, and non-profits helping each one sow seeds for their respective financial futures.

Thrivent Social Media Privacy Policy, Guidelines, Disclosures & DisclaimersHow to Grow Wealth: A Biblical Perspective As a financial advisor at Thrivent, I often emphasize the power of discipline over time. Not only is this a simple yet profound concept that can significantly impact your financial future, but it is also a Biblical principle that we see throughout the Scriptures. The Bible speaks to the wisdom of prudent financial management in many places. One place it is mentioned is Proverbs 13:11 which says, "Dishonest money dwindles away, but whoever gathers money little by little makes it grow." This points to steady, consistent growth over time. Practical Steps: Start Early: The sooner you invest, the more time your money has to grow. Be Consistent: Regular contributions can lead to substantial growth. Stay Patient: Compound interest rewards those who stay the course. Let's connect and discuss how you can harness the power of consistent discipline + compound interest to secure your financial future, guided by timeless biblical principles. #FinancialPlanning #BiblicalWisdom #ThriventFinancial #WealthManagement thrivent.com/social
