Doug has a passion for helping others! After a stunningly average basketball career in college Doug started his work career as a youth pastor in Fort Wayne before taking a detour to Wisconsin. It didn’t take long, though, to realize he was really a Hoosier at heart and he returned to northeast Indiana. He was in the auto industry for 15 years and then moved into property and casualty insurance.  After a few years in that field he realized he felt a calling back to a ministry that could provide life change to others. Thrivent offered him a blend of ministry, and life changing...
