She specializes in retirement planning, tax efficiency, portfolio development and management, wealth accumulation, and retirement income strategies. As a former YMCA executive director for 25 years, Cindi has a nonprofit background that laid the foundation for living generously. She is a board member of Catalyst Theater Company and helps organize and support various fundraisers for client-chosen charities.

Zach is a partner with his mother at the Crane Financial Group. He started working for Thrivent in November 2019, helping clients navigate their financial journey. While Zach works with a variety of clients, he specializes in working with young families, legacy strategies, life insurance and retirement planning. Before working for Thrivent, Zach earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Seton Hall University. He chose to work for Thrivent because he loves working with individuals and couples to create a strong financial strategy for the future. Zach loves to play golf, ice hockey, spend time with his friends and family, play video games, and give back to the community.

He is an active member and Elder at the Reformed Church of Freehold, and a member of the Jackson Rotary Club. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, kayaking and spending time outdoors with his family. While John works with a variety of clients, he enjoys working with young families on their insurance and financial needs, legacy planning, retirement planning and long-term care planning.

Colleen joined CFG in 2026 as an Office Professional. Her responsibilities include office operations, process improvements, client services and support. Colleen spent 25 years with AIG in a variety of roles, most recently, client engagement.
Personally, Colleen spent 5 years volunteering with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) advocating for abused and neglected children in the foster care system. During her tenure, her efforts shepherded the adoptions of 9 children and she was awarded the USA President’s Volunteer Service Award. In her spare time, Colleen can be found on the beach, at a Broadway show or on a cruise.
