Andrew believes everything we have is from the Lord and we are called to be stewards of those blessings. He prioritizes helping clients create tax efficient retirement, estate, and charitable strategies that address top concerns, such as: How do I make sure I don't outlive my money? How will we protect our family and assets from the potential of high healthcare costs in retirement? Once these and other concerns are addressed, Andrew shifts his focus to helping clients create a legacy plan that inspires them, answering similar questions to: How do we pass on not only our assets, but also our values?

Andrew believes strongly in collaboration and knows he would not have achieved his success without his family, teammates, and mentors. His mission is to inspire clients and other financial advisors to join him in creating a billion-dollar impact for charities.

He is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table’s (MDRT) Top of the Table, and has qualified each of the last 7 years.* He is the youngest inductee in Thrivent’s history to the Thrivent Charitable Hall of Honor.* Andrew is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and sought after speaker in the areas of tax efficient retirement, estate, and charitable strategies. He has been a keynote speaker for Wisconsin’s WFIC convention, spoken multiple years at Thrivent’s Business Development Conference and is a Main Platform Speaker for MDRT’s 2024 Global Conference in Dubai.

I am married to Deborah and have two children: Alyssa and Bradley (Brad).

I oversee the customer experience from the initial contact to a client's first meeting with our team. Hospitality and great customer service are paramount and integral to the success of our practice, and our goal is to make you feel welcomed, empowered and cared for. We are here for you every step along the way.

I manage the office calendar and coordinate everyone's schedule to ensure your needs are met in a pleasant and timely manner. If you have a need or concern, I will also direct you to the appropriate team member which will be handled promptly. I coordinate and manage all team events as we continually strive to improve our communication, knowledge and build upon our strengths. We have a dedicated team and work very well together.  

I also manage the facility both inside and out. If you come into the office, I want your experience to be inviting, pleasant and safe. My passion for people has been a common thread throughout my life. I am relationship driven and appreciate engaging with others on many levels. I hope our interactions will leave you with a smile. 

I have two daughters, Caitilin and Skye; they and their families live in the Chicago area. They have blessed me with three beautiful grandchildren.
