How will we protect our family and assets from the potential of high healthcare costs in retirement? Once these and other concerns are addressed, Andrew shifts his focus to helping clients create a legacy plan that inspires them, answering similar questions to: How do we pass on not only our assets, but also our values?


Andrew believes strongly in collaboration and knows he would not have achieved his success without his family, teammates, and mentors. His mission is to inspire clients and other financial advisors to join him in creating a billion-dollar impact for charities.

Andrew began his career in financial services in 2008. He became the youngest person ever inducted into the Thrivent Charitable Hall of Honor in 2020. Andrew’s aim is to encourage both clients and fellow advisors to help him create a multi-billion-dollar impact for charitable organizations. His team works closely with clients to develop tailored strategies that support both family goals and meaningful causes. In August 2024, Andrew presented on the Main Platform at the Million Dollar Round Table's Global Conference in Dubai, where he taught over 6,000 leading financial advisors how to build client-focused, mission-driven advisory practices. This work goes far beyond managing portfolios. It’s about stewardship—helping people align their resources with their values and prepare wisely for what’s ahead. I work almost exclusively with generous Christians who want to enjoy the fruit of their labor while also living with purpose and impact. For some, that means discovering new opportunities for generosity. For others, it means amplifying a generosity that’s already deeply rooted.


One of the most meaningful aspects of this profession is the relationships that develop over time. Strategy meetings become trusted conversations. Clients become friends. And few experiences compare to watching someone confidently close one chapter and step into the next with peace, freedom, and intention. Being invited into this pivotal season of life—and seeing clients move forward with confidence and purpose—is both humbling and deeply rewarding.


When away from the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife, Grace, and three kids. I am a coach, an avid Brewers fan, and a former college athlete.
