Who is Connor personally?

I’m a follower of Jesus, raised by parents who instilled in my brothers and me the values of hard work, community involvement, and a heart for service. These principles have deeply shaped who I am today.

I grew up in Texas and attended Baylor University, where I earned a BBA with a focus in Sports, Sponsorship, and Sales. From a young age, I loved competition and the team-first mindset that comes with sports. I believed that if I could combine my passion for sports with my vocation, I’d find great purpose. But the Lord had an even better plan. He led me to work for a ministry called Young Life, where I served in camping at Lost Canyon as the manager of the Retail and Housekeeping departments. It was there that I grew both as an operations manager and as a leader of people.

At Lost Canyon, I also met my amazing wife, Rebecca. Now, we're excited to plant roots in Phoenix, Arizona, and raise our family surrounded by a strong and supportive community. I’ve always had a desire to help others and to bring efficiency and thoughtfulness into every decision. As a financial advisor at Thrivent, I have the opportunity to solve problems, support people in every stage of life, and design saving strategies that empower my clients to live life to the full.
