Hi, I'm Cody, financial advisor with Thrivent since 2016. I am committed to helping my clients create a financial plan that aligns with what is most important to them. My values of family, integrity, security, excellence, and meaningful work fuel my relationships with my clients and their families.
I grew up in the Thumb of Michigan where he met my wife, Hannah. Together we have two children, Avery and Weston, and one dog, Chloe. In my free time, you can find me spending time outdoors or with my family. I am an active member of Zion Lutheran Church and serve on the Sherman Township Fire Department.

Sonja started with the practice in 2021. She is from Harbor Beach and has 2 sons, Nathan and Vincent. She is a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Harbor Beach. She enjoys spending time with family and helping in the community.
Sonja has prior experience handling the day-to-day operations of a trucking company. Sonja is the primary point of contact when you call or visit - she will schedule appointments and offer customer service and support.

After graduating from GVSU with a degree in finance, I knew that I wanted to positively impact people's financial lives. After learning about Thrivent and how I aligned with their goals and values, it was a great match. I am able to provide financial guidance on a personal level with the support of a Fortune 500 company that has been around for nearly 120 years. By operating a local Thrivent practice, I can provide local guidance to clients specific to their individual needs.
