Erica has been with Thrivent since 2013 and is our team’s lead financial advisor. She knew at a very young age that she wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps and make a positive impact on people’s lives through her work.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Erica develops comprehensive, personalized, dedicated financial plans for our clients that are tailored to their unique goals. Her advanced designations allow her to take a holistic approach to financial planning. Whether it's creating a roadmap to retirement or focusing on tax-efficient strategies, Erica is committed to helping our clients achieve financial clarity.
Outside of the office, you might find her walking along the Greenbelt or trying a new restaurant in downtown Boise. She also loves to travel both internationally and domestically, and one of her life goals is to visit every US National Park.

He has been married to Denise since 1986 and has two daughters, Erica and Charlotte. When he’s not in the office, Paul enjoys watching his favorite soccer team, Liverpool, and playing card games with his family.

He focuses primarily on retirement planning, wealth management, and inter-generational wealth transfer. He also has extensive experience in life insurance and long-term care planning.
Todd’s emphasis on building lasting relationships and understanding the evolving priorities of his clients is evidenced by his long-standing friendships with many clients. His Masters in Business Administration degree and 20-year business career before joining Thrivent have also contributed to his deep understanding of economic principles and ever-changing financial markets.
Todd has been married to Lisa for 39 years and has two adult children, Joanna and Brian. His favorite activities include community volunteering, golf, cycling, skiing, yoga, hiking and traveling with Lisa.

As Director of Operations, Jake handles the back-end operations at CFPG. He simplifies the complexities of the procedural side of the financial planning process for our clients. Transforming a process that is often overwhelming and frustrating into clear next steps, making it easy for clients to understand and take action.

Morgan is one of our team’s Office Professionals and is often the first point of contact for clients when scheduling an appointment with our team’s financial advisors. She plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the team—managing calendars, assisting with forms, and ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently and with care. As our newest team member, Morgan brings a fresh perspective, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for creating a positive client experience.
Outside of work, Morgan is a proud mom of two amazing children and keeps busy with school drop-offs, sports schedules, and weekend family adventures—all made a bit more entertaining thanks to their energetic French bulldog. When the sun’s out, you can often find them on the golf course together, one of their favorite ways to relax as a family. Morgan also co-owns a charcuterie business with her sister—a creative outlet that combines her love of food, design, and hosting. It’s a passion project that brings a lot of joy (and cheese!) to their lives.

Heidi Haugen serves the team by handling all our Dedicated Financial Planning operations, including entries into our retirement planning software. With her extensive experience in employer benefit programs and leading Financial Peace University classes at her church, Heidi is truly passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals. Her meticulous approach ensures that our clients receive the most accurate and up-to-date information possible, allowing them to make informed financial decisions with confidence when they meet with our team’s financial advisors. Her organization skills and attention to detail ensure that our financial planning operations run seamlessly and proficiently.
Heidi enjoys volunteering at her home church, The Father’s House, where she serves on both the production team and in the foster care ministry. She values meaningful work and service, and her dedication to these values shines through in all that she does. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and watching martial arts movies.

She is a natural leader and excels at streamlining processes and training our newer team members. She is highly efficient, and her excellent follow-through ensures that tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Denise is also an incredible cook who loves to use fresh produce from her garden to create delicious meals for her family. She also has a heart for serving her community and always uses her personal Thrivent Action Teams to bless several of her favorite nonprofits each year!
