Chris has spent the majority of his life in Georgia, where he gained an early appreciation for faith, family, and community service. From a young age, he saw the impact that strong leadership and service can have on others, a foundation that continues to shape his career and life today.
Chris entered the financial services industry in 2011 and spent 12 years as a financial advisor, guiding clients and prospects toward their goals with clarity and confidence. In 2023, he joined Thrivent, where he now serves as Market Director for Fort Lauderdale. For Chris, Thrivent represents more than a career, it’s an opportunity to multiply his impact by helping others discover and thrive in this profession.
With a double major in Management and Finance from the University of North Georgia and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Capella University, Chris brings both business acumen and leadership expertise to his role. He holds the Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designations, reflecting his commitment to excellence and lifelong learning.
As a Market Director, Chris’s passion lies in equipping advisors to succeed not only in business, but in life. He’s looking for entrepreneurial, competitive, and impact-driven individuals who are ready to build meaningful practices that serve families and strengthen communities. His promise is to walk shoulder to shoulder with each advisor, providing mentorship, resources, and leadership to help them establish thriving, purpose-driven practices.
In the Community
Chris’s leadership extends well beyond his professional work. He has served on the board for Warrick Dunn Charities, where he helped build out the Count on Your Future financial literacy program. He is President of the Stonecrest Chamber of Commerce, Secretary of the Stonecrest Business Alliance, and Vice-Chair of the Stonecrest Development Authority. He also serves on the NextGen Advisory Task Force for The American College and is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. In addition, Christopher lends his time and talents to his church, serving on the media ministry at Berean Christian Church.
On a Personal Note
