I retired from the Marine Corps and knew I wanted to come home to Michigan. I was always proud to say I was from a state full of blue collar, hardworking, factory, farm workers and business owners. I am most proud of my children and their service to others. My twins graduated from Mason High School and my son currently serves in the United States Marine Corps, while his sister recently graduated from Michigan State University and is currently attending the MSU police academy. My youngest is in high school and has her heart set on being a geneticist.
