Our team

George spent most of his years growing up in the Seattle area. Right before high school, his family moved to a little town in Eastern Washington, 100 highway miles from Spokane called Coulee City. It was there that his life began to take on new meaning. Most of what George does now is a chain reaction from when Christ stepped into his life. 

Although George lived in Montana for 28 years, he relocated to Olympia, Washington, to be closer to family and business partnerships. His interests are many and include anything outdoors, music and wine. George is married to a wonderful woman, Selena. He has two children, Jared and Austin, who are both fantastic young men. George has dedicated his life to following Christ and leading others to do the same and become great stewards of the resources afforded us. He has a profound appreciation for the arts. George respects history and its effect on our future. He has sought and found the Truth. 

Drew has been married to his wife, Liz, for more than 17 years and they have two young boys, Harrison and Hamilton. Drew grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and met Liz while in college at Eastern University in St. David’s. They moved to Missoula, Montanna in 2011, where Drew started his career with Thrivent as a financial associate. They now live in Washington and enjoy visiting friends, family and clients in Montana every opportunity they get. Drew, Liz, and their two boys, currently live in Washington. As a family, they enjoy traveling, playing sports and music, and being engaged in church and school communities.

Tyler has been married to his wife, Nikki, for 7 years, they have 4 daughters, Lexi, Cadyn, Brynna and Evangeline. Tyler grew up in Fresno, CA and met Nikki after graduating from Fresno Pacific University with a degree in Finance/Business Administration. They now live in Clovis, CA. Tyler has been working with Thrivent as a financial advisor for over 8 years. As a family they enjoy camping, hiking in Yosemite National Park and exploring the Sierra National Forests. They also are heavily engaged with their church and youth ministries.

Vitaliy and his family immigrated into the United States from the Russia in 1992. He and his family settled in Washington, and he graduated from Northwest University in Kirkland. He got married in May 2020 to his wife Svetlana which resulted in a very interesting Covid era zoom wedding. He now lives in Federal Way with his wife and son Elijah. He has been a Financial Advisor at Thrivent since 2018. Vitaliy and his family spend as much time out on the water or in the mountains as possible.

Adam is originally from Eureka, California but moved to Montana in the summer of 1999. Currently, he and his family reside in Missoula, Montana. He has spent 25 years in the restaurant business leading and developing teams. He met his wife, Amber in the summer of 2000. They were happily married in 2004. They have 3 daughters: Ukiah, Dakota, Ariauna. Adam is passionate about personal development and leadership. He is currently on the leadership team at his local church, he leads a home group bible study, teaches adult classes at his church, and sits on the board of the Missoula Youth For Christ chapter. He loves sports, golf, resistance training, hiking, and being involved with his daughters’ sports which include soccer and basketball. He is excited to be with Catalyst Financial Advisors and Associates because the team represents great values and a Christ centered mindset.  

Sari joined Thrivent in 2005 and brings 22+ years of managed account experience to the team. She grew up in Oregon and her husband, Jud, a football coach at Pacific Lutheran University, is from Washington. They are both graduates of Pacific Lutheran University, as are their two children, Kalen (25) and Jace (22). Sari enjoys boating with her family near their home in Gig Harbor, Washington, running with her dogs and watching sports of any kind, especially football. 

Audra is originally from Allen, Texas, and attended college at The University of Oklahoma. After college, she worked in public accounting for four years before a friend unknowingly led her to financial planning. From there, Audra pursued her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM certification and then started her career in the industry in 2013. She and her husband, Caleb, have been married for more than ten years. In 2015, they left Texas and moved 2,000 miles to Olympia, Washington, a decision that continues to be a great blessing to their family. Audra and Caleb have two children, Norah (5) and Ethan (2). Audra enjoys being in the mountains, drinking iced coffee and watching college football.

Marley began her journey with the Catalyst team in 2021. As a huge fan of the Pacific Northwest, she is happy to call Ferndale, Washington, her home. She loves to be in nature and enjoys hiking, camping, boating and taking her dog on outdoor adventures. Marley has a passion for traveling and loves to experience new places and try new things. She also cherishes her friends and family, and appreciates every opportunity she gets to spend time with them.  

Jewel was born and raised in rural North Dakota. She met her husband Josiah while attending Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota. They married in 2017 and moved to Billings, Montana a few years later. Jewel and Josiah enjoy the beautiful scenery of Montana and the many opportunity for adventure. Jewel’s interest in finance grew after working as a bookkeeper for her local church. In 2021, she earned her licenses and was hired by Thrivent. Jewel joined the Catalyst Financial Advisors and Associates team in the spring of 2022 and now enjoys serving clients across the Midwest and Pacific West.
