About Cade Spenker

Early Years

I was born and raised in Longview, Washington, where I continue to live and serve my community. My passion for personal finance began early and has grown into a calling to help others build strong, values-based financial futures. I began my career at a local credit union, working closely with a team of advisors and gaining experience in the industry. Then I found Thrivent, an organization whose faith-based mission and commitment to serving others deeply resonate with my own beliefs. I see myself building a future with Thrivent because its purpose-driven approach aligns closely with both my faith and professional values. I went on to earn my bachelor’s degree in finance from Franklin University and continue working toward professional designations to strengthen my knowledge and better serve the families I work with.

Family and Life

In 2020, I met someone who would change my life in the best way. Four years later, we celebrated our wedding in the scenic hills of Corbett, Oregon, which is the backdrop for the photo you see here! Sharing life with my wife [you could switch out “my wife” for her name if you’re comfortable with that] has been one of the most meaningful parts of my journey. We love making memories together, whether it’s a simple dinner date, an afternoon walk at the beach, or a bigger adventure. Some of our favorite hikes have been Hamilton Mountain Trail and Lava Canyon, and one of our goals is to one day climb Mt. St. Helens. We also enjoy playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. As we look to the future, we hope to raise a family of our own and continue building a life rooted in faith and love.

What Matters Most

Our lives are closely connected to our local church, where fellowship and community are central. I am also a member of the Kelso Longview Chamber of Commerce, which has given me another way to stay engaged in the place I’ve always called home.

Faith, family, and service guide how I live and how I work. They inspire my approach to financial guidance, and I count it a privilege to help Christians steward their resources in a way that reflects both their values and their goals.
