About Cade Spenker
Early Years
I was born and raised in Longview, Washington, and it’s where I continue to live and serve today. Growing up, I loved playing sports and spent much of my time on the football and baseball fields. I carried that passion into Mark Morris High School, where I played both sports and learned the value of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. During high school, I also took part in the Running Start program at Lower Columbia College, graduating with both my associate’s degree and high school diploma at the same time. Along the way, I worked a part-time job, which gave me an early appreciation for responsibility and hard work.
Career
My interest in personal finance began during those years and grew into a calling to help others build strong financial foundations rooted in stewardship and generosity. I started my career at a credit union, working alongside a team of advisors, and today I serve with a faith-based company where I see myself for the long term because its values align so closely with my own. I went on to earn my bachelor’s degree in finance from Franklin University and continue working toward professional designations to strengthen my knowledge and better serve the families I work with.
Family and Life
One of the greatest blessings of my life has been my wife. We met in 2020, and in September of 2024 we were married in Corbett, Oregon, which is the backdrop for the beautiful photo you see here. She is beautiful, amazing, and my biggest encouragement. Together, we love creating memories, whether it’s a simple date night, an afternoon walk on the sand at the beach, or a bigger adventure. Some of our favorite hikes have been Hamilton Mountain Trail and Lava Canyon, and one of our goals is to one day climb Mt. St. Helens. We also enjoy playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. As we look to the future, we hope to raise a family of our own and continue building a life rooted in faith and love.
During our dating years, I also developed a newfound appreciation for coffee. My wife worked as a barista, and I’ve probably had more coffee since we met than I had in the rest of my life combined. It has become one of those small, everyday joys that reminds me of her and of that special season in our lives.
What Matters Most
Our lives are closely connected to our local church, where fellowship and community are central. I am also a member of the Kelso Longview Chamber of Commerce, which has given me another way to stay engaged in the place I’ve always called home.
Faith, family, and service guide how I live and how I work. They inspire my approach to financial guidance, and I count it a privilege to help Christians steward their resources in a way that reflects both their values and their goals.
