Starting in 2026, workers earning over $145,000 must make catch-up retirement contributions using Roth accounts instead of pre-tax accounts. This affects people age 50 and up who save extra money in their 401(k) plans. The change means higher earners will pay taxes now instead of later. ✨ Sisterhood is a Strategy! ✨ As summer fades and we charge into the final stretch of the year, I keep coming back to one of my favorite highlights: connecting with Thrivent’s amazing community of women advisors. 💜 This group is pure inspiration—women lifting each other higher, sharing wisdom, and fueling growth. One unforgettable moment? Hearing from Joan Higginbotham, the third African American woman in space 🚀. She reminded us that as women, we lift as we climb. 🌟 A big shoutout to Aidan Hertzog as he wraps up his summer internship with us through Thrivent’s intern program! 🌟 Out of 500 applicants, Aidan was one of just ten selected to intern in the Northeast—and over the past few months, he’s made an incredible impact on our team. From diving into the financial world to helping us better serve our members, Aidan brought curiosity and heart to everything he did.
