Last week I was fortunate to be able to celebrate w/ the Arvelo Family the dedication of their new home purchased through Habitat for Humanity. Through a Faith Build w/ Habitat for Humanity, Thrivent helped sponsor a portion of the construction costs for the duplex the Arvelo family received their keys to on March 28th. Over the previous year, over 1,000 volunteers donated their time to help build 2 duplexes to provide housing for 4 families.
I held a pottery painting event at Busy Bees Pottery with some clients and prospects. Introduced my business to them and explained what I do to help families gain financial clarity. See some of the holiday pottery painted by the attendees!
Finished day 1 of the 3 day Oley Fair. Come join us Friday or Saturday for some good food and fun events like hay bale throwing and adult pedal tractor pulling contests!!
On Sunday, August 28th, we held a fundraiser in our development to raise non-perishable food donations for the The Daily Bread Food Pantry in Collegeville. For those who donated, we served them a scoop or two of ice cream. The total weight of our donation to the pantry was 155 pounds!! Thanks to my Cranberry Estates neighbors and friends who donated to the cause!

Taking part in the 45th Annual Walk for the Animals on May 7, 2022 in Jim Dietrich Park, Reading, PA with my Thrivent colleagues Matt and Suzanne. As you can see the weather wasn't cooperative - it was a steady hard rain with some chilly air. But dog lover's were out and about in the muddy fields raising money for this great cause.
On April 6, I hosted an Axe Throwing event at Splitting Edge Axe Throwing in Pottstown, PA to introduce the Wild Boars Flag Football Team to Thrivent! A great night of throwing axes and competing in a new sport.
