Paul is the lead financial advisor of Aspire Financial Group. He brings both professional expertise and a heart for service to every client relationship. Prior to joining Thrivent in 2016, Paul spent 13 years working in the fitness industry helping people become healthier versions of themselves.

Paul is now a financial professional who uses his expertise to provide holistic services with a passion for helping individuals and families become more financially fit. He believes strongly that the true value of wealth cannot be accomplished without good health and strong relationships. Guided by strong values, Paul takes a personalized, purpose-driven approach to financial planning. He specializes in helping people navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence, believing that wise stewardship is key to lasting success.

Paul is married to his wife, Carrie, an avid animal lover who shares his heart for community and compassion. They are members of ACTS Church Leander, and together, they are actively involved in their community, working with local animal rescues and shelters—a cause close to their hearts. Outside of work, Paul enjoys golfing, exploring the beauty of national parks, and investing in relationships that make a lasting impact. His commitment to helping others, both professionally and personally, defines his life and work.

Aaron joined Thrivent in 2021 and lives in Leander, TX (suburb of Austin) with his wife Brittany, son Graeme (7), and daughter Olivia (4). He was born and raised a Hoosier and graduated from Indiana University. As a junior there, he interned with Northwestern Mutual. Aaron then began his career in Chicago with a marketing firm that supported companies like TransAmerica, Humana, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. He met Brittany in Chicago, who convinced him to move to the warmer climate of San Diego, where they got married. Aaron then joined ADP for several years doing consulting work with small businesses throughout Southern California. Brittany worked for IBM who offered them the opportunity to relocate to Austin, TX. After they moved, Aaron got inspired to pivot to a career in finance with the goal of becoming an advisor. He got a great education at Charles Schwab working his way up to the advanced trading desk. When ready to make the leap to Financial Advisor, Aaron found Thrivent to be the best fit for his values, family, and career goals. From 2023 to 2025, he served as the Market Director in the Austin area. Aaron is licensed with Life/Health, Series 7 & 66, has the CLTC and BFA designations.

Carrie is the Office Manager for Aspire Financial Group and joined Thrivent in 2023. She brings more than a decade of experience in sales and marketing, previously serving as a Brand Manager for a local distribution company. In 2022, Carrie earned her MBA in Marketing from DeVry University's Keller Graduate School of Management. In addition to her role at Aspire, Carrie owns and operates Love & Hope Candle Company, selling handcrafted candles at local markets, wholesale stores, and online. The company’s mission is to give back to local animal shelters and rescues — a cause close to Carrie’s heart. She lives in Leander with her husband, Paul, and their two dogs, Maiya and Sadie. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, crafting, fostering rescue dogs, and spending quality time with family and friends.
