Pam is a conscientious and detail-oriented professional. She is responsible for a variety of business operations, including client service, digital media, event planning, research, and whatever the team sends in her direction. Of all the things she does, her favorite is talking with our Thrivent members and working to meet their needs. In her free time, she enjoys day trips with her husband, time spent with their adult children and extended family, and meeting random people who are wearing Thrivent or Nebraska t-shirts.

When you enter our office, Katrina’s warm smile greets you, and she may be the first voice you hear when you call. With a history of professional work in office and classroom settings, Katrina strives to provide a high level of efficient service to each person she encounters. She keeps our meetings running smoothly with appointment reminders, agenda preparation, and more. Kindness and compassion are important to Katrina. She enjoys being a wife and mother, traveling, working on needlework, and planning children’s events for her church.
