Rustin (or Rusty by some) started as a Thrivent Advisor in September 2003, following in the footsteps of his dad who was a Thrivent Rep for 30 years. He firmly believes that educating, understanding, and partnering with clients is the cornerstone in helping them protect themselves and their loved ones. Being able to tell someone that they are able to retire and live out their dreams is an awesome feeling.

Rustin and his wife of 25 years, Kelly, have 5 children (Izaac, Sydni, Jaxson, Tucker, Shae). As a family they all chase each other to different sporting event and activities, travel and go on family adventures. They enjoy time at the lake on the pontoon, swimming at the pool, the outdoors and playing games. Family is the most important thing and he brings that mindset into every family that he works with.

Dennis has been a Thrivent professional since 2020, and strongly believes that the tools and resources Thrivent offers can provide what is needed to help you create a financial future you can be proud of.

Born and raised in Central Kansas, Dennis has always had a passion for helping main street America succeed and flourish. Starting at an early age, Dennis was taught the importance of creating a plan and working to ensure it is airtight. He is passionate about helping other young families create a plan as well, so that they do not have any financial hiccups in their future.

Dennis and his wife of 19 years, Kallie, are kept busy most days by their son, Deklan (9). They enjoy taking him to the lake, sporting events, and school or church functions. Spending time with family is something that is very sacred to Dennis; "These are the years we'll never get back, it is always a priority for me to be present and involved now". Creating a financial plan early, allows a family to enjoy each little moment - knowing their financial future is anchored. On a personal level, Dennis has hopes that each family he works with keeps a positive ambition, and drive - pulling them to a clear financial future they can be proud of.

A lifelong Wichita resident, I am fortunate to serve clients in the community where I was born and raised. My wife, Laura, and I are the proud parents of three boys, ages 15,13, and 10 who bring plenty of excitement and activity to our lives.

Outside of work, I value the flexibility my career provides, allowing me to invest time in local organizations and community activities that are important to my family and align with our values.
