


I was born and raised in Benson, MN, and had parents who taught me about hard work. I was in Boy Scouts and became an Eagle Scout. The Scout Oath and Laws instilled in me the importance of helping others and being invested in the community, along with being trustworthy. After high school, I served as an Emergency Medical Technician for five years with the ambulance for the County Hospital.
I attended the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities where I earned a Mortuary Science degree and started my Funeral Director career at Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria...
