My passion for helping people be wise with money stems from the time I spent helping my aging parents make crucial financial decisions.

It was during this time that I discovered how important it is to bring families together and establish a financial plan that takes into account the various needs we encounter as we age.

God has blessed me abundantly with a fantastic family that has been with me through the ups and downs in life. My wife and I have been married for 43 years. We have two married children and love spending time with our grandchildren. I understand the need to safeguard your family’s financial security throughout all stages of life because I had to walk through those important decisions for my own family.

In 2014 I joined Thrivent as a financial representative after retiring from 21 years of service in the United States Navy. I transitioned into a corporate training specialist position in 2016, where I provided training, support, and guidance for financial advisors across the state of Michigan. In 2018, I became a regional learning specialist covering the Southeastern United States. I focused on onboarding, training, and coaching new financial representatives to run successful practices. As rewarding as this work was, I missed the personal relationships I held with my clients. 

It is truly my honor to join Agape Financial Associates. Not only is this a talented team of passionate service-driven financial professionals, but they are driven by a higher purpose at their core. We are truly honored that God gives us the opportunity to help people build dreams with a plan to achieve them.

You want me to do what? Work for you on the phone? Me, the Homeschooling mother of three, hairdresser and wife. I wasn't sure I would like to do that. Well, fast forward to now and I love it! I am the voice you hear on the phone, the scheduler and event planner for Agape Financial. I have a passion for introducing you to our wonderful Financial Advisors.

I am also so blessed to be able to pray with and for each one of you when you call me. I love singing to you on your birthday, sending cards and planning events for all of us to connect. I love being able to share my faith with all of you.

I am a family-first woman, and I have realized in this job that you can always make money, but you can't get time back.

I have been married for 29 years and have three wonderful grown daughters who all walk with Jesus, what a blessing from the Lord that is to me and my husband. 

I also attend a women's bible study and run a community group for married couples with my husband out of our home.
