About Curt
About Curt

Having worked in Northeast Ohio as a Financial Advisor with Thrivent and the Elevate Financial Advisor team since 2014, I bring a passion for serving individuals, families and communities. With a background in both finance and pastoral ministry, I bring a relational, values-based approach to planning, believing money is a tool to support a life of purpose, generosity, and impact.

Outside of my practice, I'm husband to Michelle and the father to four active boys. I stay actively involved in ministry as an Online Campus Pastor with Garfield Memorial Church. I’m also the co-founder of Buckets of Hope for Tender Hearts, a nonprofit created in memory of our son Jude that provides support to families facing the loss of a child. I can also be found coaching youth sports or enjoying a Strongsville City School orchestra concert.

Our Team

At Thrivent, we believe money isn’t the goal—it’s a tool. When used intentionally, it can support a life of purpose, generosity, and real impact. That belief shapes how I work with every client.

At Elevate Financial Advisors, we provide personalized financial guidance for individuals and families at every stage of life. Our approach is simple—financial planning should be personal, thoughtful, and aligned with what matters most to you. We’re focused on helping people align their finances with their values—elevating both financial clarity and meaningful living. We approach this through:

  • Abundance & Generosity – Viewing money as a tool for good and living with an open-handed mindset
  • Intentionality & Quality – Thoughtful financial planning that leads to better decisions and stronger outcomes
  • Faith & Family – Keeping what matters most at the center of financial decisions
  • Empowerment – Helping you feel confident, informed, and in control of your financial future
