I'm a lifelong resident of Northwest Iowa and grew up on a family farm near Melvin. I still get the opportunity to help in the farm each spring and fall, which I enjoy. In 2010 I graduated from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake with a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies. I then spent 12 years working full time in the radio industry in Northwest Iowa and Southwest Minnesota. I have been active in the Spencer Jaycees chapter since 2013.
